Even my fellow guests have been amazing... friendly and sharing. I've heard so many stories from people about how they're off their meds for blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes. What I love most is that TrueNorth focuses on the cause of people's illness rather than the resulting symptoms. The daily lectures are so interesting and informative. What an amazing place.

This place is amazing! I went for 10 days. And his book with Doug Lysle, The Pleasure Trap” is the best book I’ve ever read.
