My daughter who started at 6 months old, loves going to Goldfish. She smiles from ear to ear the minute we walk in the door. Her instructor is Taylor is awesome with the babies.
My son had no water experience, and now he looks forward to going to "swim school". We changed instructors to find a good match for his personality and his new instructor has tapped his inner fish.
Today was my son's (6 mo old) first swim lesson. When we arrived it was very busy but once we got to the check-in counter, we told them it was our first time and Jill immediately took care of us. She walked us to the changing rooms and spent quite a bit of time helping us to find the perfect fitting swim diaper. She then escorted us back to the pool he would be in and even helped us with carrying our bags. The instructors are highly skilled and really like kids!
My son is taking swim lessons at the Birmingham location. The staff is very polite & very patient. Initially, I was afraid to bring my son for lessons (he's special needs) but after the first lesson, I was comfortable. On a scale of ten, (ten being the highest), I give Goldfish a ten.
I love how detailed the instructors are with ensuring the kids and parents understand their instructions and responsibilities with their program. They are very corteous and respectful of the parents concerns and wishes too. My daughter is ecstatic about attending and learning how to swim. I can see her progress from week to week...Thank you all! (Score 10 out of 10)
