The instructors are SO helpful! Bringing in two toddlers (ages 3.5) where one is excited to swim and the other completely the opposite was tough and challenging, especially as the tears and major meltdowns would occur. Craig, Vargas, and Luke and others (I don't remember the names!) would tell me to leave and for good reason. After two sessions of crying, my sons both loved the experience and would get excited for their classes...no tears. We've had such a great experience at Goldfish Swim School in Birmingham! All the teachers are great, but Ms. Betsy continuously goes out of her way to welcome our kids and make them comfortable and excited to swim -- even on "off" days. Ms. Betsy, Kennedy and Lawson love you!
Baby enjoyed her class. Facility was nice and clean although changing area was a bit tight and chaotic.
