I recently came here for a free trial for my 4-month-old. While the swimming portion itself was enjoyable, the overall experience was frustrating. Most of the staff appear to be very young, and unfortunately, the front desk was not very helpful. I was told during the tour I had, to look and get more info on the classes that I would receive a complimentary bag with some items, but I was only given an empty bag. Goldfish Swim School is the most organized business I've ever been to! They announce the start and end of every class and have two separate doors for classes starting and ending. Aside from the facility the instructors are highly trained and give you a progress report at the end of each class. They are also very patient and friendly! My daughter started in Glider 1 scared to go in the water. Now she's in Swim Force and swimming is one of her favorite hobbies! All thanks to Goldfish!!
