I went in to get my nails done and was very disappointed with the service. The technician who worked on my nails barely spoke to me throughout the appointment. While filing, she cut me multiple times and continued filing aggressively even after I mentioned several times that it was uncomfortable. She stopped doing my nails without saying anything to get a coworker to step in. Later, another technician stepped in to file my nails, and he was much gentler and more careful. Always friendly, work is good, they always do my gel nails well. Many of the customers are repeat - including myself and my mom. They remember you and listen to what you want. There's always lots of parking and they take walk ins.

I really like coming to this location. The staff are friendly and listen to what I want. The care and expertise in the serivces are great and I know they will always accommodate me. Great Prices too!!!
