Geico notified me on 2/6/25 that they received a claim for a lien holder claim. They said it was called in by Sameer Haider from Goldfein Claims. The vehicle was repossessed on 8/6/23 and they are just now filing a claim? The vehicle has been sold multiple times since the repossession. This claim was an attempt to commit fraud I believe. I filed with GA State Bar and NYS State Bar as I am resident of NY. I did call Mr. Goldfein before I did this. Tried to file a fraudulent insurance claim after a voluntary repossession for a 3 year old $70k Infiniti after the transmission went out and Infiniti refused to honor the warranty. They lied about damages and tried to extort money from the insurance company. Doge should investigate them next..
My car was totalled 12-11-24. My insurance company has sent Goldfein the claim settlement check. I have been calling daily asking when I am going to get my settlement check. It took Goldfein 7 days to cash the check from the insurance company. Now it has to go through yet another process of what who knows, do they? I find how they are handling this TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I am very disappointed that Toyota Financial deals with this company for total losses. I give NO STARS to Goldfein.
