Wow my car was totaled back in May 2024 My insurance lapsed two weeks prior and the person that hit me didn’t have insurance. Capital one repossessed the car bec i wanted something else and got a letter saying they sold it and would settle with me for 3K on my loan instead of the full balance. Well they are paying them a 7k check and i don’t wanna be liable. Is there a class action law suit yet on them lol
I am also an auto insurance fraud claim victim of this law firm. I am still in shock by the illegal actions this firm has tried to take in filing a false insurance. They submitted a demand letter to Geico my insurance company on 7/15/25 on my 2014 BMW X3. They stated that I had an auto accident on 5/11/2024 that resulting in $3800 in front damages. They stand against Veterans
Geico notified me on 2/6/25 that they received a claim for a lien holder claim. They said it was called in by Sameer Haider from Goldfein Claims. The vehicle was repossessed on 8/6/23 and they are just now filing a claim? The vehicle has been sold multiple times since the repossession. This claim was an attempt to commit fraud I believe. Tried to file a fraudulent insurance claim after a voluntary repossession for a 3 year old $70k Infiniti after the transmission went out and Infiniti refused to honor the warranty. They lied about damages and tried to extort money from the insurance company. Doge should investigate them next..
