It has been over 1 week trying to renew my prescriptions. from the pharmacy faxing, me calling , seeing the doctor for an appointment to recalling and speaking to the staff at 2 offices. They didn't even have my prescriptions listed and relied on me to give them the information. I would not recommend.
This Doctor’s office has the rudest most unprofessional head administrator ever!!!! Her name is “Bonnie” and she is a nasty mouth. She has no care for this Dr. practice and I hope Dr. Ranno finds someone else to handle New patients with better Care.
