Called at 8:06 am for no cool air. They sent Zack out and by 9:02 I had cool air again. No upselling just diagnosed and fixed the issue and was very polite and professional. Repair was very reasonably priced as well.
I thought I knew the problem but was wrong. The tech figured it out, no up sell just service and explanations. Job well done.
