Called at 8:06 am for no cool air. They sent Zack out and by 9:02 I had cool air again. No upselling just diagnosed and fixed the issue and was very polite and professional. Repair was very reasonably priced as well.
I thought I knew the problem but was wrong. The tech figured it out, no up sell just service and explanations. Job well done.
Amazing service. I had Maeser out to evaluate my AC and they told me for them to just LOOK to see if there was a leak it would be close to $400 and THEN to fix it would be almost 2K. Called Goldies and he came the same day, checked for a leak, found I just needed some freon and still paid way less than for Maeser to come check for a "leak". AC is working perfectly now and we saved a ton of money. Thank you Goldies for your honest and affordable service!
