Never have I dealt with a company that behaves in such an illegal and unprofessional manner. The office manager, Nelly, and the property manager, Marissa, have violated our lease on several instances and have harassed my fiancé and me. Looking for an incompetent Property Management company? Well look no further. I am beyond disgusted the way this establishment lacks customer service and professionalism. I had signed my lease back in December in which upon my lease agreement for this company to handle my house I was informed that “it wouldn’t be hard to get my house rented” and that “people are going to be happy”. Recently the storm took a toll on our AC unit, plumbing issues, flooding, all in 1 week. MARISSA pulled no punches, she remained in constant contact with us and personally came to our residence on her day off to personally see the job was done. Jayson Yoss managed my rental for 1 year; He was horrible; he tries to hit up on his female employees; and he has a short man complex; He sold his operation in tucson. Don't use his company.
the GWM phoenix team has been great with managing several of my properties. I can see how managing multi unit properties can be challenging, but they have done so with lots of communication and professionalism. I never have to worry about tracking them down.
I have been working with GoldenWest for over a year and have been impressed with their professionalism and timely responses in the renting of my condo. Their reporting is excellent and the renter renewals they have done have gone smoothly. Overall it has been a great experience.
