We are BEYOND impressed with Kyle and his team. Super professional and great time management. His team showed up early and worked late to make sure our patio was done on budget and finished early. Communication was great and he can source the best materials. He also really saw my vision for what I wanted for our patio and worked with us to split into phases eventually getting to our dream back yard. I made the mistake of hiring an unlicensed contractor because the initial price seemed too good to pass up. Unfortunately, the project was shut down by the city inspector due to missing permits, leaving me stressed and unsure how to move forward.
