Very unhappy with GWCU. They did not disclose pertinent information to me while trying to obtain a car loan. Did a hard credit pull then told me they don’t do the type of loan we were looking for. Unacceptable. Ask more questions, clarify procedure. I don’t get a car loan everyday I don’t know what to say or what not to say, I just answer questions with the information and experience I have. GWCU failed and anyone looking into getting a loan needs to be aware.
