If you are looking for health insurance due to missing the open enrollment and because you found out you're pregnant. Please look elsewhere...Today is Wednesday and I have not received any assistance or call back since Monday. I've been the one doing all the work in contacting them to guide me through all of this and nothing.
Unfortunately because of Ivone Castillo and her secretaries I have to give 1 star, horrible costumer service, don't answer the phone or any of your questions, her secretaries are useless and don't know how to answer basic questions, when they do they disappear for over a month if you request any change on your insurance, I am glad I can call the insurance and request a change of agents.
