Had camper bought but the owner refused to stay till 530 so I could pick it up so I'm taking my business else where. Wish I could give less than one star. Stay away from these guys The bank was faxing over a copy of a check AND a certified guarantee for the wire transfer for payment. The owner told the bank that that was fine and that we would be good but once he found out I was going to be a half hour late his whole attitude changed. Would highly recommend ANY other dealer.
Golden sells new RVs but does not have any kind of service department to handle warranty claims. Seems unfair to take the new sales, but refuse to help customers afterwards. Keystone Customer Relations sent me to Golden RV because they are an authorized retailer but Golden RV told me to visit Camping World or Windish for warranty service. I wouldn't shop with a retailer that would take my money for a sale and then wash their hands of any issues the unit may have. Can't trust a company that refuses to deal with problems.
I had a wonderful experience at Goldens RV. Being relatively new to Colorado I had never made this kind of purchase before. Mike and the team went above and beyond in teaching me the in's and out's of RV's with none of the intimidation of the mega dealerships. The most knowledgeable, helpful, and professional staff of any of the dealerships I visited.
