The day my medication was supposed to arrive it didn't. I had to call them and find out why, only to be told that my insurance wouldn't cover something. I asked him the obvious: why didn't they call me back? A confusing conversation followed and I don't know what happened still. I had hopes for this place, but so far it is not to be counted on.
