Sebastian helped us get approval for a complete roof replacement from our insurance company after two years of hail damage denials. He did a great from start to finish, making sure everything ran smoothly and that we were completely pleased with the workmanship every step of the way. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We gave ********* a check for $10,000 in November 2023 for a new roof on our home. We had contacted him many times about scheduling the work. He always gave us an excuse and kept pushing the work date ahead. Two weeks ago he said he could not do the work but that he would return our money on February 21. Today is February 26. We don't have our money and he won't return our calls. We are filing a case in small claims court today.This company does not deserve even ONE star!
Sebastian and his team did an amazing job from start to finish! They were very professional, showed up to every appointment on time, kept us up to date on the process, took covid safe protocols and most importantly did a fantastic job replacing our roof and cleaning up afterwards! I would highly recommend them!
