I spoke with a woman named Jeanette on the phone and she was one of the most rudest and unprofessional people I have spoken with. After she answered the phone, she made it clear to me that I was interrupting a meeting and got an attitude very quickly. If she is any indication of the staff that works here and takes care of people, I would highly suggest looking elsewhere when finding home services. Jeanette needs to obviously find another job if she can not speak to individuals with respect and kindness.
Golden Miles staff cared for my mom at her home following a stroke and rehab. Jeanette and her team could not have been more caring, compassionate, and committed to mom's health. Our family will always remember their kindness. And a special thanks to Highland Home (Ridgeland) for recommending Golden Miles.
