I had a very disappointing experience with Yakup Altinisik, the owner of Goldenlight Realtor. He listed my house in November 2024, and while it was on the market until July 2025, I received extremely high electricity and water bills—much higher than what I currently pay in my new home. Very professional from start to finish. Estimates realistic and not the time wasting ego stroking over inflated valuations of other estate agents that will lose you time and potential buyers. The whole process and the communications were excellent and willing to go the extra to help. Would definitely recommend.

Golden light was my realtor when we bought a home last month. My case was extremely rare unfortunately but they were able to pull it through. The sellers were divorcing couple and and had to bring cash to the table in order to close and worst of all didn’t move out as scheduled. it was totally bad luck but They made this transaction happen through constant communication and informing you with all the available options. Thanks.
