Very attentive to deltails and helpful in answering any questions I had as a new home owner! Gave me straight answeres about issues I once had, since it is an older home. Would recommend to anyone!

Derek did an amazing job with our inspection. Not only was he extremely thorough he was great at explaining everything to us and why it was important as well as providing a great written report with pictures of everything he recommended. As first time home buyers this really helped us understand the process and we learned a lot from him. He didn't rush through anything and really looked at the details of the house. Derek was great. He was so kind and thorough with our home inspection. Made sure to explain and show us everything. I even called him back for a 2nd inspection. Really nice guy who did a great job and so easy to talk to! Thank you derek!!

I thoroughly enjoyed derricks inspection. We had hired another company to come in to do our home inspection and we were disgusted by the lack of service and professionalism. We then hired Derek to come in. Derek provided peace of mind to us. While the home we purchased had very little problems he did point out several things that needed to be fixed that we would've had never seen ourselves and the other company never mentioned. I will gladly refer Derek for any inspection job!
