Great Character & Value – In this pricey, often pretentious burg, what a delight to find this wild west saloon oasis, which is all about good drink, food and fun at fair prices. It's the locals' favorite watering hole and given who is defined as a local in Aspen, the celebrity sighting opportunities are stellar.

Back to the Best! – We recently ate here on a summer evening, and rediscovered what may be the best restaurant in Utah. Apparently, the Hirsch brought on a fabulous new executive chef last fall who was trained at the best restaurants in New York and France and he turns out a very special evening up in Silver Lake.
