An older repair near the valley had begun directing water sideways beneath the shingles. The patched material was removed so the underlayment and valley could be rebuilt correctly. New shingles were integrated into the existing roof as neatly as possible

Scheduled an appointment one week in advance and no one showed up for my appointment on day/time nor did anyone call. When I called the main office number to see where the tech was I was put on hold for 15 mins. When I tried calling back I was hung up on after young lady on phone was overwhelmed, complaining she was helping another client who does'nt speak English well and never apologized for the wait, confusion or tech showing up - She was unprofessional and rude. Not a reliable company.

Really pleased with both the service and the completed work. The team was organized, responsive, and professional throughout the process. I would recommend them without hesitation.

From the first conversation, Goldenberg Roofing NYC was responsive and easy to work with. The estimate was straightforward and the process was explained in plain language. Communication remained consistent once the work began. Their crew was organized, polite, and attentive throughout the project. Everything was cleaned up properly afterward. I am happy with the result and would use them again.

Our parapet coping had loosened and was allowing water behind the roof edge. New metal was fabricated after the membrane connection was repaired. Now, the corners now look cleaner and feel much more secure. Thats the technical part for those that are curious. For everyone else, just know that this is a great company that takes great pride in their work and the quality is excellent. From materials to service, everything was smooth and straightforward!
