truly exceptional people on their PT and OT teams, Unfortunately, the administrative and leadership side of the agency is the complete opposite experience. Communication is inconsistent and decisions often feel disconnected from the actual needs of the patients they serve. It’s frustrating to work with an office that doesn’t match the quality of the clinical staff.
I have gone through some health issues over the last couple years. I’ve dealt with Golden Years after each hospitalisation. From multiple therapists to LVNs and RNs, they’ve all been professional and provided a high level of service. The office personnel coordinated treatments with my doctors willingly and smoothly. I even dealt with their Executive Director, Sana Shahin over screw ups on my insurance company’s part. She was able to fix problems with billing payments that my insurance was not going to pay.
