Unfortunate, dirty facility with outdated, old fixtures, a stale rancid odor, and disheveled patients. I would not recommend this location based on cleanliness/environmental factors, however management seems involved in patient care.
I wouldn't really give this facility a rating of even one star I resided at this facility for 4 months, and the horrors that I witnessed were unforgettable. Its what nightmares are made of... I have reported what I've seen and been through. This place should be shut down. I deserved better and I'm so thankful that I'm now far away from that place.

I just moved my brother , Allen, to this facility last Weds. Allen needs lots of care due to his anxiety, OCD, and most recently, his diagnosis with stage 4 cancer. I visited prior to making the decision and immediately I knew he would be well cared for. Robin and Juliet were my first contacts and I was blown away by their attention to the residents.
