I went there to buy a ticket for me and my friend to go on a Japan tour and the customer service was great. They thoroughly went through the activities that were on the itinerary and I saved a lot more money than if I were to buy it online. I would highly recommend this place if you were looking to save a few bucks.
Never buy ticket with this travel agency. They refund your ticket with fine according to a fake policy of a fake ticket center, although the airline company has the policy which lets you return your without any charge. This travel inc really sucks.
