Wonderful place to go for a relaxing dinner. A friend told me about the Golden Wok and I am indebted to them for it. The food is by far the Best Chinese food in the Denver metro area. Located on the SW corner of E. Hampden Ave & South Chambers Rd., it's easy to get to with ample parking. My favorite dishes are the Walnut prawns, Sesame Chicken. I can't say enough for the staff and how they treat their customers. 5 Stars for food and service!
Major Health Code Violation I think. I went in to eat. I ordered a full meal. after the soup and sides i was to full and could not eat the entree. I asked for a box. Instead of doing so the waiter through my food in the dishwasher tub. when i explained i had not eaten the entree, he proceeded to pull my food out of the dishwasher tub and put it in boxes. when i asked him what he thought he was doing he got defensive and refused to remake. Disgusting. If you value your health i would not recommend eating here.
Best in Denver – The owners Ken & Eva have done a wonderful job bringing the best Asian food to Aurora. If you're looking for good food and a relaxing place to enjoy it, this is it! Love the food! Ample parking is available, located on the S.W. corner of East Hampden Ave & South Chambers Street, in Aurora.
golden wok dog food???? – i ordered the food it was delivered in dog food can box NO LIE! from petsmart or something it was canidae all natural dog food this is NOT a joke people you do the math??
Pleasant surprise and gluten free as well – One evening looking for a chinese restaurant nearby that was gluten free, stumbled on the Golden Wok. What a surprise, the food was very good, menu accommodating and the decor is peaceful and elegant. The chicken sizzling rice soup is a favorite as are the many chicken and beef dishes. Great Chinese in S.E. Aurora – I've eaten takeout here over 10 times, and everytime the food is delicious, the service is friendly and impeccable! The Mu Shu is particularly great because it's not too salty like other places. The portions are generous and the eggrolls and wonton soup are out of this world!
