We purchased the so called VIP package, and it ended up being the “Hey, We can take advantage of you package”. We had a plumbing issue so they came out to evaluate the situation. Their estimate for the repair was $600. The part that needed to be replaced costs $30. Another company did the repair for less than $200. Consumer be afraid!!!!
I had GoldenWest do a repair on the furnace of my rental home a couple of years ago and all went well. Having them come to look at the swamp cooler last week was a huge disappointment and mistake. Anthony tried to "upsell" me to create a dedicated circuit for the swamp cooler which I declined. Then told me they needed to move the motor of the swamp cooler and it would cost $800, mostly labor. Do you remember when you Installed a faucet at 2436 Jay st will you guys screwed up big time I will never never get this company to put a other thing in my house so if you want someone to put in a faucet or anything please get someone else this place is nothing but trouble.
