We were on the visit in the office. Dr. Tsang is very good and nice. But the managing service itself needs improvement. While consultant said us to send an email to order lens this email never be responded. Why team asks do that (send an email) if they never responded by email? Things to improve.
Ordered prescription sunglasses since May 2026 and have not received them yet. Called 5-6 times since the order to find out the status each time the a pleasant staff person says someone will call back but no phone call with an update. Surprisingly no one can give an update. Even asked to speak to the manager/owner but no one called back still. Considering giving up and asking for a refund. Tried to give this business every opportunity to step up and make it right.
