Management very caring and knowledgeable first landlord that knew what to do with section 8 vouchers that I didnt have to tell what to do and the maintenance is on it usually has it fixed the same day. Suggestion when tenets renew their lease management should offer free carpet cleaning for staying another year. Its a win win for both parties tenets get clean carpets and owners doesn't have to replace carpets as often because they are kept clean.
Me parece terrible y de mal gusto que pongan un cable que solo trasmite publicidad y tenga que pagar por esto. También a las 10pm apagan el servicio de cable y no es posible ver otra cosa y ver noticias ni nada. Todo lo controla Dereck el de mantenimiento quien apaga todas las conexiones dejando fuera de servicio todo. Y esto lo controlan desde la oficina. This is a wonderful apartment complex clean and quiet . And Kai the manager is amazing!! I had some issues with my application, and he went above and beyond to make sure it for figured out!! Even when it wasn't in he's normal work requirement. I world personally give him 10 stars if I could
Creekside Village is a clean and quiet property, tucked away makes it quaint. The manager, Kai, is great to work with. You definitely can tell the residents and the property takes priority. Derek in maintenance is also awesome, he cares about the resident and always is helpful with any issues that arise.
Joshua and Derek are the best ever! Josh is so understanding a caring about the tenants. And Derek has always been so quick to help us whenever we needed maintenance. Best place ever!!!
