I'm editing this review and making a new review since I've lived here under the new management A lot longer than I did when I made my first review they had just taken over. I do think that lower rent should be for people who have been here longer than new people. As usually a landlord or property management would want to award the tenants who had to live there for a long time. And that the rent is way too high for what you get amenity Wise. 100 Percent Professional throughout the entire process. Josh is a cornerstone of what good people picture a Property Manager should be and very accommodating. I am not a resident however when a property manager is as honest and accommodating as he is, that deserves credit
These apartments are amazing super clean nice beautiful landscaping and the best part is Kai he was wonderful walk me through everything explained everything in detail he always welcome me and he's a nice person he made it a memorable moment he definitely a people person and always has a smile on his face I recommend this a thousand times speak to Kai he's amazing
