I would not recommend this provider. Based on my medical history and the things that were discussed during my office visit, the provider gave me no indication that she would be ordering certain tests to be run in addition to a routine blood test. After my insurance coverage, I was left with a substantial bill. When I called to discuss this, they could not provide a reason why these were run. I felt uncomfortable in this clinic and disregarded by the office staff.

This company took over my old providers clinic, and while things are done differently and there have been a few snags along the way, the staff has done their absolute best to make sure that things go smoothly and that my needs are met. If your experience was poor, please give them a second chance as we are all human and life doesn't always go as expected. The staff is welcoming and kind, and is very adaptive.

Not impressed at all with this clinic. They don’t return calls and when they do they are super snotty on the phone. They apparently don’t have their patients best interest at heart. I work in the medical field and we certainly do not treat our patients like that. There are many other clinics in this town, and this person took over my old providers office when she moved and this clinic is NOT THE SAME as hers. Shame on you!

They didn’t file any of the lab work they did through my insurance and now I have to pay full price for the tests which are very expensive. When I called them to contact my insurance they said they would call me back and it’s been over a month and they still haven’t called me back and every time I call them they say they’ll contact my insurance but never do. I do not recommend this place their customer service is awful and they don’t take care of patients needs well.
