This company lacks professionalism at every turn. I have had to deal with them since December of last year, in regards to two issues. That is how long it takes to get anything resolved. Now imagine how annoying that is in a year like this one! In that time, our community has also been assigned 3 different community managers. High turn over much?! The condominium complex I live in has been with Golden Valley for over a year nearly a year-and-a-half. It started out fairly good and has consistently gone downhill to the point now that we really need to find a new management company. In my opinion there is a lack of professionalism, consistency and effectiveness in getting projects done and issues with vendors not showing up when they agreed to and discrepancies in Billing.
