I don’t know how anyone is giving this hospital such horrible reviews . Because I’ve been to bolivar and a few in KC. I only go to hospitals when I have to and I have never got exceptional care like I did here . I had came up to Golden Valley a month ago, because I kept telling other doctors ,nurse practitioners down by Osceola and Bolivar Missouri, Humansville, Missouri, that something was not right. my grandmother waited in the waiting room for almost two hours. that’s ridiculous and it was nowhere near packed.

If you want to go to the er dont go here. I waited 5 hours and still didnt see the doctor yet. I ended up leaving. Go to any other er than this one. Every time I've been there I wait for hours. I won't be going back. They have missed the point of what that department means. Emergency Rooms means get in and seen and go home or get admitted to the hospital. Used to be a damn good hospital growing up, now it's crap and doesnt run as it should.

Your Wound Care Department is super! After a doctor inflicted a cauterized sore on my ankle, it would not heal. There was no skin. I visited Amber Thomas at the walk-in clinic. She prescribed antibiotics to stop the infection and also setup a visit to the Wound Care department. Ashley Chiles and Dr. Kimberly Jones were great. My wound was small but very painful.
