Do not go here for any primary concerns. Our experience with the new Dr Villarreal came in last year lacks all bedside manner. Had not seen him for 6 months came to appt and was rushed through for less than 10 min. We were not advised there were time limits or we could have quickly gone through all of our questions. He abruptly ended appt and walked out of room without even telling us what to do next or if we needed to come back for follow up for results from injury. GVM is so mixed up on their billing, even after hours of phone calls. Then if you call their office, they charge a clinic fee of $122. Bothwell and GVM are pretty much on the same page. The staff doesn't know how to bill and the patient pays the price... 02/10/26 update. Communication is horrible. The Haley lady over the scheduling will NOT return phone calls. They may brag about expanding and whatever but GVMH is among the worst. Dr appointments are constantly being rescheduled. So sick of dealing with GVMH.

I was delivered my baby in there and they do my baby name wrong. When first time I contacted with them for fix that they said they will fix it. I trusted that. And after a year I go to get birth cerfiticate and it still wrong. I called them again and thay said they fix that now but after about 6 month later I still did not anything news.
