UPDATE: In response to owner's reply. You should know it is the office manager who told the patient to find another provider. She does not care about patient satisfaction. She only cares about not hurting her staff's feelings. The patient just asked to not have one person in the office order their prescription, due to errors, and the response was go somewhere else since you do not trust my staff. The doctor, Dr. Z, at Golden Valley Medical Center is good and has a good bedside manner and cares about his patients. However, the office staff is highly unprofessional. When a prescription was ordered with the pharmacy in error by the office staff, they blame the patient saying it was their fault for requesting it. First, prescription A was ordered, which was the correct one, but with a note to the pharmacy not to use the coupon for prescription B.
