If you wish to ask, “before I leave, is there any chance that I can start antibiotics to see if it helps treat me?” And you are ok with being chastised, talked down to and then accused of saying, “I’m not leaving unless I get antibiotics” and then told you can go to another doctor when you try and explain that’s not what you said and that you’ve waited 3 weeks for this appointment and 5 ER visits prior. This place sucks there's no communication between the doctors and the receptionist it seems like, I was in the waiting room for almost an hour . While the Dr. Was trying to call me on the phone because she thought it was a over the phone visit.

☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Experience This clinic should seriously investigate the behavior of its front desk staff. Healthcare is supposed to be about compassion, professionalism, and helping patients, especially children and people who are already suffering. Unfortunately, we experienced the exact opposite. To the Administration and Supervising Authorities, I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the conduct of the front desk staff at this location. Based on my personal experience, as well as the large number of negative reviews posted by other patients, there appears to be a serious and ongoing problem with how patients and families are being treated upon arrival. ☆☆☆☆ I am extremely disappointed with this clinic. My children were denied care because they arrived only 10 minutes late. Instead of showing understanding or trying to help, the front desk employee was very rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to assist us in any way. As a parent, I expect a healthcare facility to treat families with respect and compassion, especially when the delay is so minor.
