☆☆☆☆ I am extremely disappointed with this clinic. My children were denied care because they arrived only 10 minutes late. Instead of showing understanding or trying to help, the front desk employee was very rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to assist us in any way. As a parent, I expect a healthcare facility to treat families with respect and compassion, especially when the delay is so minor. I have been coming to GV in Turlock/Ceres location since march due to a physical/mental breakdown and each time I leave feeling more stressed, unheard and disregarded. The first time I was seen I was put on meds, told to cooperate with a therapist and to get blood work, x rays etc. I complied, I did it all. During the follow up I confided in the doctor that the prescription made me sleep my life away.
