I have had a lot of bad experiences in the past, with GVHC, El Portal. Long waits for appts, lost and missing prescriptions, appt cancellations w no notice, hard to get test results, can't get call back, record mix-up, just really a hassle to deal w the staff. Gvhc El Portal has improved a lot recently, in customer care, and I am hopeful that the improvements continue.
