I had my 2017 VW Tiguan serviced here on 5/07/25. They replaced front and back rotors, did a brake fluid exchange, replaced a serpentine belt, and replaced a valve cover gasket and upper timing cover. 99% of the time I have my VW serviced at the dealership as I have had bad experiences with any other shops. I had to make an exception as the dealership was booked out a month and I needed my vehicle so I booked an appointment at GVA. Thank you to the wonderful staff that took care of us on our roadtrip from Canada to Florida! We needed our car assessed and repaired quickly so we could get back on the road the same day. Not only were they able to help us out, they took care of us! We had two cats and a dog with us, and our crazy toddler. We were able to keep our animals cool in their shop and they showed us a walking trail we could take our dog and son on while we waited. Love this shop. I came in with some damage and I wasn't sure what was wrong, and they took care of my car very well. Their treatment of me and my car, along with their fair rates are exceptional. GVA is my number 1 go-to shop.
