The manager dealing with our repairs was just awful. Excuses, mis-management, and sub-contractors showing up at my door not getting paid and not able to resolve with this company. Avoid them, folks!
Stay clear! They do fake moisture readings for insurance FRAUD. Will remove your items not affected. Do not do proper work. No one is trained. They are a nightmare. Disorganized. Tell your insurance company you demand a different company. Their employees also complain about how bad the company is! First General or Woodhouse is the way to go. From my experience.
Recently my basement flooded, called this company for repairs and cleaning, person came over, looked around and stated that they will call/come by with a quote, called them and left a message, but no one returned my call, next day I saw them up the street, figuring that they would come by, drove right by my house, I would not recommend this company.
