This place is the absolute worst place I would not recommend anyone have their elderly people move in there. In order for me to be able to spend thanksgiving with my eighty year old mother I had to remove my last review. The manager is a tyrant and banned me from the property because she didn't like my review. So my husband had to beg her and agree that I would remove the review so my mom wouldn't have to spend thanksgiving alone. Every since my mom moved in this place this manager has harassed me. They take advantage of their residents. If your dog gets lose they write you tickets. They don't let you work on your vehicles. Guest are supposed to park at the leasing office, it's not safe to park there. The maintenance man in the white Chevy Silverado drives fast around the corners in the parking lot and he parks taking up multiple spaces. The management is horrible and the apartments are ran down they act like the HOA abusing regular American rights the price is amazing but it's not worth the task my mother is dying and they litterly unplugged a kids pool I put up for my mom get to see her play in the water one last time I even tried to be respectful about it and do it off of the grass and on a currently vacant property and used a tarp and they want to say you were trespassing and this and that during the 4th of July weekend my mom's literal last 4th of July ... read more
Me and my wife been here a few months. There was an obnoxious order when we looked at the apartment it still exist today! You can't have your front door open because management allow people to congregate on the little small stoop when visiting our neighbors. They look right into our apartment. The law entitles the renter to the peaceful enjoyment of the rental property.
