The management is horrible and the apartments are ran down they act like the HOA abusing regular American rights the price is amazing but it's not worth the task my mother is dying and they litterly unplugged a kids pool I put up for my mom get to see her play in the water one last time I even tried to be respectful about it and do it off of the grass and on a currently vacant property and used a tarp and they want to say you were trespassing and this and that during the 4th of July weekend my mom's literal last 4th of July ... read more
Me and my wife been here a few months. There was an obnoxious order when we looked at the apartment it still exist today! You can't have your front door open because management allow people to congregate on the little small stoop when visiting our neighbors. They look right into our apartment. The law entitles the renter to the peaceful enjoyment of the rental property. There is not peaceful enjoyment of property when strangers are staring right into living room Suppose to be a 55+ community but there are people living here ... read more
been here twenty years have no complaints,when I need something fixed they come usually within the hour,some people will always find something to complain about.
Won't allow my mother-in-law to have help come in doesn't allow her to have company longer than a few hours if so then they threaten to tow their vehicle. Oh and might I add she is 80 years old.
