The place is an absolute dive. Management will screw you over at the drop of a hat. I was offered a discount to renew and then later my credit was threatened because they said I was behind in my rent. I had to supply the new lease to get them off my back only to have the same thing happen 3 months later. There is NO security and my car was actually walked across by drunks one weekend. If you are a serious student or a concerned parent stay away from Golden Towers. Drugs are plentiful and drunks roam the parking lot seven nig... read more

When we moved here they also never after many phone calls and scheduled interviews told us about renters fees, then they talked about the apartment complex I had come from when really, they are the joke. Our room carpet was distgusting, the lost our paperwork and not only did we have resign legal documents over, they posted it on my door ??? They are only good with maintence. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! I currently live here and cannot wait my for my lease to be over. You arfe treated like a child at this place. At orientation (yes they make you attend an orientation) they surprised us by saying we were not allowed to move in without having renters insurance. Which they had not bothered to tell us at our tour, or when we turned in the application or the countless phone calls we had with them. Seriously...dont make the mistake of living here just because its cheaper than some of the other places. We have had so many problems! Our electricity went out every night for two weeks (just our room...).. We had wasps, bees, and lizards in our apartment... Worst of all, we didnt have water pressure OR hot water for nearly six weeks. The manager told us that we would get a rent credit. After the problem was fixed 6 weeks later, they told us that they could absolutely not give us a rent credit because they would have to give... read more
DO NOT LIVE HERE!Terrbile management!!! Different office manager every few months. Lost my lease information when I first moved in. One manager verbally harassed me over the phone.Claims to have "security" but when my apartment got broken into, and I called security no one answered. My garbage disposal broke several times and after calling for a week straight finally got it fixed, only for it to break the next day. Terrible service. Ok the manger or general manger here get stuff done! They ahve had a few mangers in the three years Ive been here, but that ladty has been here every since I got here, and whenever I have a question or problem, it gets fixed right away. They are really cool about parties as long as it the weekend, and that makes it a good place for students. I graduated and moved, but got my whole ddeposit back, cuz I cleaned up after myself.
great apartments for family and esp. students who go to school in the evansville area! the staff here is great and very friendly!!! they have helped out with every problem or question we may have had!
Dont Rent From Here.The apartments at Golden Tower are nothing that out of the ordinary. Okay parking, average if not little high of a price for the square footage obtained. But dont worry they will choose their chance to screw the tenants over. After a 100% walk through of moving out and spending hours cleaning they still managed to come up with a charge almost \$400 for leaving. I have rented before and that is not usual practice. You can find better apartments trust me.
