If I could give 0 stars I would.... My experience at Valore at Pine Hills has been extremely stressful and honestly unsafe. The apartment was not clean or move‑in ready on day one. There was an awful smell, nasty floors, paint splattered on appliances, and heavy, caked‑on grease behind the stove that maintenance later painted over instead of cleaning, leaving paint on my kitchen drawers. One of my friends lives here and ive noticed a bunch of windows AC units. Upon talking to people who live there, these units are for people who's outdoor AC units are not functioning so they are given windows units, considerate but problematic as these units cause large increases to electric bills that the apartments do nothing to help with. Some of these people have been without AC for months now. Almost all of the tenants have said the same thing "corporate is dragging their feet on fixing it" which is highly problematic a... read more
Went to look at an apartment rental for my daughter. Had a wonderful tour with Shawna. She was super friendly and answered all our questions. The apartment was very nice and looked like it had been recently renovated. We are definitely going to check back when her lease is up.
Great place to live .. easy move in and staff is super helpful. Shauna in the office is wonderful and is so helpful
