Call to Carlos for an estimate and he promptly made the appointment for the following day. However, he was a no-show. My husband called at 20 after 2:20, as the appointment was for 2:00 p.m. The gentleman did not seem to care that he missed an appointment. We will not be using him for any renovations.

Golden Touch painted my condominium this week. They did an amazing job. Carlos was very responsive to any questions I had, and his team was courteous and professional. Their pricing was very fair and their workmanship was excellent. They even finished earlier than the promised end date! I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are wonderful to work with.

I had a LAST MINUTE need to get some things addressed so I could rent my home and leave VA within days. This included installing a peephole, replacing the doorknob on my front door, replacing shutters on a 3-story home, recaulking/painting my steps, reaffixing a banister, etc. Carlos was very responsive to my inquiry. They did an excellent job remodeling our basement bathroom. We had a leak in the plumbing that caused drywall and tile damage. They tore everything out, treated for mold and repaired the pipes. Our new shower is exactly what we wanted and everything is crisp and new.
