I never post a bad review and I'm very sorry to say this - BUT this was the worst manicure i ever had in my life ... 1.The young woman working on me did not speak english and did not understand my needs. 2.There is still a COVID plastic partition between customer and manicurist so it was very impersonal. 3. I needed a quick easy (quick drying) manicure. but somehow they only had regular nail polish (no Dazzle Dry which is the best out there currently for quick drying) so i picked an OPI color, but the girl at the desk who sp... read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I visited this salon specifically for nail extensions. The technician applied several extensions so poorly—crooked and misaligned—that she had to remove and redo four of them. In the process, she over-filed not only my natural nails but also the skin around them, leaving visible scarring. My fingers are now sore and aching as a result of the careless handling.
