His lead times are always precise and always keeps you up to date with the latest hardware and materials continually being released. Never had an issue and never had an excuse from Addai in general. I can’t recommend this team enough. I had a tiny job, they kindly took it on, and didn’t try and rip me off like other businesses. Great and prompt communication. Factory was immaculate. Will definitely use again when we next need cabinetry.
