My tungsten wedding ring (that I bought somewhere else before I knew about Golden Touch) became scratched. I took it back to the jewelry store I bought it from and they said nothing could be done. I emailed Ravi about it, and he said to stop by and he would take a look. He was able to fix it for me while I waited (5 minutes) and charged me only $5 for the fix.
