RUN!! DO NOT USE THIS LAB! As a dental office, we decided to give Golden Touch a try. There brochures and cost were competitive. However, a few months in, it has been nothing but a headache. Save yourself some time and frustration, and pay a little more at a different lab because you will definitely have less headaches.

Worst Costumer Service Experience I have every encounter. They are too busy trying to established the fault of the costumer instead of trying to establish a solution. Even with an outcome of a solution, they continue to tell you how you are wrong and they are not.

Golden Touch Dental Lab offers really nice esthetic crowns and bridges. I have been working with them for a few years now, and I have always had a pleasant, professional experience. They offer 7 year warranty on crowns and free express shipping. The crowns come out beautiful, and I would recommend them to everyone.

Golden Touch may seem like they do beautiful work, however do not be deceived!!!! Golden touch has a 7 year warranty on Zirconia Bruxism at a really great price. The information they do not disclose to you is that if you need the crown remade, you need to have the same IMPRESSION AND MODEL for them to remake it without a charge. THAT IS AN ABSURD POLICY.
