Although my experience was good, I was disappointed in the fact that I prepaid for services and then when I showed a picture of the design I wanted, she did not have the material. Cool, so when I looked for other designs for her to do, I was then told there was not enough time for her to complete them. I do understand that there are time slots and she has to stay on schedule however, I was 15 minutes early to my appointment and she could've gotten started immediately.
