Lived here for over 3 years now and I can’t wait to leave. Current Management is not present nor communicative at all, our former manager Tony was really great at maintaining the cleanliness of the property. The upkeep of this place is no good. Laundry rooms constantly trashed and the dumpster area is disgusting. I don’t even have visitors here anymore, it’s that bad. Lots of nearby tenants don’t maintain the cleanliness of their units, so there’s a strong “dirty diaper” smell as soon as you approach the complex. I originall... read more
Been here for 2 years now place is decent. Calm and quiet. You see roaches here and there but very rarely but then again there are two other apt complexs right next door so they can be coming from there not sure. Rent is $1350 which is high but can't really find anything cheaper honestly. I love that they built a new gate around the apt which is great due to a lot of addicts walking by the apartment..only complain I have is the manager is never here and you call and text her and she never replies other than that the apartmen... read more
