Our experience with this agency was extremely disappointing. The professionalism and competence during the actual surrogacy process fell far below expectations. While the initial sales and onboarding were polished and persuasive, once we signed the agreement and paid, the quality of support deteriorated sharply. Communication was poor, guidance was lacking, and the people managing our case did not demonstrate the skill or experience needed to handle complex situations. We had a very bad experience with this agency. We have vetted out a lot of agencies throughout the process and frankly picked Golden Surrogacy for better pricing (the others have much better references) and it was definitely a huge mistake. The competencies of the people you talk to during sales, pitch, onboarding and match process vs the competencies of people you actually deal with throughout the actual surrogacy are very different.
