We had a very bad experience with this agency. We have vetted out a lot of agencies throughout the process and frankly picked Golden Surrogacy for better pricing (the others have much better references) and it was definitely a huge mistake. The competencies of the people you talk to during sales, pitch, onboarding and match process vs the competencies of people you actually deal with throughout the actual surrogacy are very different. Golden Surrogacy and it’s owners Adam and Frank Golden put their economic interest above basic IPs needs. They totally lack human decency: Golden Surrogacy literally screwed me over. The agency promised me a match within 3 - 4 months but only presented a surrogate candidate after 9 months. I could have lived with that. I used Golden for my first ever surrogacy journey and it was an amazing experience. The matching process was seamless and each team along the way explained the process thoroughly and there was always someone available for questions. Everyone was supportive and they all treated me with kindness and respect. I highly recommend Golden Surrogacy.
