Golden Steps ABA is an amazing location to help kids reach their developmental milestones . My son was shown so much love that always makes me feel he was at some anytime he was there. The management of Norcross branch will always remain family to me.

Clinical director position is not the typical role. They have clinical directors bill 30 hours a week if you don’t make your billable hours, they deduct from your PTO. Upper management only shows up with things are going bad Instead of regularly checking in. Kids are not given the proper material or reinforcers to have successful therapy sessions.
