My son go there the best he they take good care of the kids my son love that school
Clinical director position is not the typical role. They have clinical directors bill 30 hours a week if you don’t make your billable hours, they deduct from your PTO. Upper management only shows up with things are going bad Instead of regularly checking in. Kids are not given the proper material or reinforcers to have successful therapy sessions.
Don’t trust this company with your kids
They had me waiting for in home aba therapy for about 2 years when they told me there is no waiting list this lady Marlene Nevers answers the phone. They also send a girl to work with my daughter she was always late or making excuses not to come or simply disappear she woul como 3 4 hours late or not come at all it was like a game for her that lasted 3 weeks only back on 2023 in October until know still waiting I have been calling Marlene and left messages that have never been answered back. The Golden Steps Norcross is a great ABA Clinic! The Director, Carlton , is friendly and professional. The BCBA and my daughter’s RBT , Chenzie and Lily, are giving my daughter top level ABA Therapy which has been helping my daughter’s development growth :D! The Norcross Team is like a family and they treat their kiddos like family!
