I really wanted Golden Steps to work for us because our BCBA was truly amazing—knowledgeable, supportive, and great with our son. Unfortunately, we struggled with consistent issues with the RBT’s. My son had therapy at school from the start, but the RBTs and teachers did not work well together, and my son ended up stuck in the middle. Just horrible, have my son get attached to someone over 5 days aba, we waited months for service. Only have no calls, no communication at all!
