I've been going to the Golden Steer for many years. I have never had a bad meal. The food is excellent and the service is great. I never know what to order when I go there because everything is so good and I want it all. The onion soup is especially delicious, never had anything like it anywhere.
Golden Steel came recommended to me and my boyfriend by a friend… great steaks great service. Then I saw the reviews and got really excited about going there and called my boyfriend to have him make a reservation. When I talked to him about that night’s dinner reservations he told me we weren’t going. When he called for the reservation the lady that answered the phone said she had a table available at a time that worked for us but stated it was a 4 top.
