Horrible experience, Jesse S was so rude to my kid!!
My recent experience with this organization was not professional at all. I paid a fee expecting a genuine evaluation, but received none—they could not even be bothered to spend time on an honest feedback. We understand that this organization is in no way that even close at the elite level of a Curtis, Juilliard, or the San Francisco Conservatory. Frankly, no one expects it to.
