Great staff!
Jesse was very friendly and appeared to be knowledgeable when we met him at their fancy SF showroom. After he sent us the initial quote based on our conversation andwe started asking more specific questions he totally dropped the ball. Did he expect us to just pay forwhat he quoted? He wasn't able to suggest any alternativesorsolutions. He wasn't interested in understanding thechallenges we faced in replacing our existing windows inSF condo.
